Meet us under the Grand Tasting tent to sip the best wines from Frederick Wildman and Sons and sample the island's bounty grilled to perfection. This "grill off" provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy charred bites while breathing in the ocean air and consuming some of the best wines in the world. It's the classic island experience to kickstart your Festival weekend. Participating chefs include: Justin Purdue, Group Executive Chef, Lark Hotels, David Vargas, Chef/Owner, Vida Cantina, Will Myska, Pit Master and Executive Chef at Ore Nell's BBQ, Ryan DiPersio, Chef/Partner from Fascino, and Anthony Bucco, Executive Chef, Felina. Watch for additional chefs to participate.
