Getting Settled

Everyone wants to live by the beautiful sea so finding housing on Nantucket can be a challenge. It's best to obtain housing as early as possible, and an affordable option is to rent a house with a group. White Elephant Resorts offers limited housing to full-time staff members for a weekly rate. Before You Start

Before beginning work at any of our properties, employees must complete new hire paperwork provided by human resources. All employees must prove their identity and eligibility to work in the United States within three days of employment. You must complete an INS 1-9 form and present applicable, original documentation such as a passport, driver's license, or visa and I-94 card. All employees must provide a valid U.S. Social Security card in compliance with state and federal tax regulations.
