White Elephant Palm Beach has been recognized by South Florida Sun Sentinel as a "South Florida Top Workplace" in the 11th year of the publication's Top Workplaces program. The results are available in the annual Top Workplaces special section, both online on Sun-Sentinel.com and in the print issue on May 11.
The recognition is based on employee surveys conducted by Energage, a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in employee engagement and retention. The list recognizes the leading companies in South Florida based on employee opinions about their company's leadership, communication, appreciation, direction, working environment, managerial skills, wages, and benefits.
